Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Virgin Harvest. As a small business launching our first production run, your support means so much to us. Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.

Preorders

All preorder items are purchased before our first production run is complete. Any estimated production, fulfillment, or shipping dates shown on our website are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, ingredient sourcing, packaging, freight, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If Virgin Harvest is unable to fulfill your preorder and we need to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If you would like to cancel your preorder before it has shipped, please contact us at hello@eatvirginharvest.com with your order number. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Food Products

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Issues

Virgin Harvest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days after a refund is processed for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
